George is a 1990 graduate of the Professional Home Inspector Institute. He has performed over 4,000 home inspections. George has over 30 years experience in engineering and maintenance supervision. He successfully completed the ISB 203(k) Consultant Training in 1996. He is a certified HUD 203(k) Consultant and an instructor for the consultant training. George is also the President, Founder and owner of HomePro of WNY, Inc., a Western New York Home Inspection Company and WNY and Rehab Consultants of WNY.

Frank is a 1993 graduate of Professional Home Inspector Institute and has over 12 years full-time experience with over 3500 home inspections accomplished. His technical and mechanical background comes from over 11 years experience in U.S. Navy Nuclear Power Program, U.S. Navy Submarine Fleet, and Newport News Shipbuilding Co. Frank is a 1994 graduate of ISB 203(k) Consultant Training and is a registered HUD 203(k) Consultant/Inspector with over 250 HUD 203(k)'s and Fannie projects accomplished. Frank is a 2003 graduate of Radalink Radon Gas Measurement Operators Training and is a registered N.E.H.A. Radon Gas Measurement Provider with over 700 Radon tests accomplished. Frank is currently qualified and is appointed as a New York State Code Enforcement Officer/Building Inspector for two munincipalities.

Jim graduated from the Professional Home Inspector Institute and is a NYS Code Enforcement Officer. He has 20 years experience in residential, commercial, and highway construction. Jim has performed over 1,000 home inspections and has been affiliated with Homepro of WNY, Inc.a Fredonia New York Home Inspection Company since 1996. Jim is a HUD 203(k) Consultant. He successfully completed the ISB 203(k) Consultant Training.

Wayne completed the Training Learning Certification, Inc. Home Inspectors Certification Quest of 3200 questions with a rating of Home Inspector Master. He also graduated from the Study of Home Inspections from ICS. He has over 30 years experience in the field of construction. Wayne has performed over 2,000 home inspections since 1998 and is certified to perform FHA wood destroying inspections.
